AEW President Tony Khan shared some good news during an appearance on Wednesday’s edition of Sirius XM’s Busted Open Radio. The promotion will have a full capacity crowd at their next pay-per-view, Double or Nothing.
In addition, there will be a house show the Friday before the show and a fan fest on Saturday. All Elite Wrestling held its first house last month during WrestleMania weekend, which was also on a Friday night.
The pay-per-view event will take place on Sunday, May 30th at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, FL.
The outdoor amphitheater holds 5,500 fans. Musician Machine Gun Kelly performed in front of a full capacity crowd at the venue last month.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic started last year, the promotion has been hosting shows at Daily’s Place. Over time, the capacity has been increased.
TK also said that they will have a live show on Friday and a fan fest on Saturday.
