Nothing can derail a potentially successful fantasy football season quicker than injuries. That’s especially true at the ever-so-critical wide receiver position, where elite-level players can make or break a contending fantasy team. As we head into Week 7, several WRs find themselves on the injury report for their respective teams. Therefore, fantasy managers need to pay close attention to any WR injury updates and reports as NFL kickoffs draw near.
Fantasy WR Injury Report Week 7 | AFC
After a seemingly brutal week full of injuries, these are the fantasy-relevant WRs in the AFC currently on the NFL’s Week 7 injury report.
Sammy Watkins, Baltimore Ravens
Sammy Watkins missed the Ravens Week 6 contest as he deals with a hamstring injury he sustained in Week 5. He did not practice all week.
Odell Beckham Jr., Cleveland Browns
Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports Odell Beckham Jr. (shoulder) didn’t practice Tuesday ahead of the team’s Thursday Night Football game against the Denver Broncos. Beckham injured his shoulder when he was tackled but did return to the game. He is currently questionable for Week 7.
Jarvis Landry, Cleveland Browns
Head coach Kevin Stefanski said Jarvis Landry (knee) “will move around” at Tuesday’s practice and may be cleared to play Thursday against the Broncos, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. The Browns designated Landry to return from injured reserve last Friday. It appears he is getting closer to being activated from his Week 2 MCL sprain. But given the game’s timing, it’s unclear how much he would even play should he return to the 53-man roster.
Jerry Jeudy, Denver Broncos
George Stoia III of The Denver Gazette reports head coach Vic Fangio said Jerry Jeudy (ankle) has less than a 50% chance to suit up for Thursday’s game against the Browns. However, Fangio did say Jeudy will resume running routes at full speed this week, which is a positive sign towards his progression back to the roster.
Parris Campbell, Indianapolis Colts
The Colts placed Parris Campbell on the IR Tuesday [October 19] with a foot injury he picked up in Week 6. The 2019 second-round pick has appeared in just 14 games over his career.
T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts
Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) felt better Monday after exiting Sunday’s game. Still, the team views the veteran wideout as day-to-day for Week 7, per head coach Frank Reich. Hilton had a productive first game back this season, catching all 4 targets for 80 yards.
DeVante Parker, Miami Dolphins
DeVante Parker (shoulder/hamstring) did not play in the Dolphins’ Week 6 game against the Jaguars in London. He has 17 receptions, 242 yards, and 1 TD on the season.
Preston Williams, Miami Dolphins
Preston Williams was a late addition to the team’s Week 6 injury report. He was listed with a groin injury last Thursday [October 14] and missed the game Sunday. Williams has yet to play in more than eight games in a season, having suffered back-to-back season-ending injuries.
Julio Jones, Tennessee Titans
Julio Jones hobbled off the field midway through the fourth quarter of the team’s Monday Night Football game and was quickly ruled out due to a hamstring injury. He had missed the last two games due to a hamstring injury and appears to have suffered a setback.

Terrace Marshall Jr., Carolina Panthers
Darin Gantt of the Panthers’ official site reports Terrace Marshall Jr. sustained a concussion during Sunday’s game against the Vikings and has been placed in the NFL’s concussion protocol.
Kenny Golladay, New York Giants
Kenny Golladay missed practice all week after hyperextending his knee in a Week 5 loss to the Cowboys and was ruled out ahead of the Giants’ Week 6 contest with the Rams.
Darius Slayton, New York Giants
Having missed the last two games, Darius Slayton was once again ruled out for the Giants’ Week 6 contest with a hamstring injury. He was a limited participant in practices Wednesday through Friday but did not show enough progress to be active.
Kadarius Toney, New York Giants
Giants head coach Joe Judge said Kadarius Toney aggravated his existing ankle injury in Sunday’s 38-11 loss to the Rams and will undergo further testing. Toney was bothered by his ankle in pregame warmups but attempted to play anyway.
