Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc has confirmed he has contracted COVID-19.
The 23-year-old from Monaco wrote on his Twitter account: “Good day guys, I hope you’re all staying secure. I need to let you understand that I’ve examined optimistic for Covid-19.
“I’m frequently checked in accordance with my staff’s protocols. Sadly, I realized that I’ve been involved with a optimistic case and instantly went into self-isolation, notifying anybody I had contact with. A subsequent take a look at I took has come again optimistic.
“I’m feeling okay and have delicate signs. I’ll stay in isolation in my house in Monaco in compliance with the rules set by the native well being authorities.
